    Care instructions

    For washing: gently hand wash with a damp cloth, avoiding fully submerging in water. Air dry and do not put in washing machine.

    When using for heat therapy: remove packaging and ensure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 10 seconds; for more heat, microwave in 5-second increments.

    For cold therapy: place the item in a freezer bag and leave in freezer for at least two hours before use.

    To apply: gently pull onto head and leave on for approximately 15-20 minutes to experience its benefits.
